Will my item be sealed or unsealed?

All of our stock is brand new and sourced directly from UK record companies and will be delivered to you exactly as supplied to us. It is very common for UK record companies to supply CDs and DVDs that are not sealed or shrink wrapped.

 

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We always attempt to dispatch items no later than two working days after payment is received. In our experience once we have passed packages onto Royal Mail, First Class mail can take up to 3 working days to arrive. If you live in the U.K. and your item has not arrived 14 working days after the date of this dispatch email then please contact us and we will action a solution.

If you live outside of the UK please allow 28 working days for your item to arrive before contacting us. Please remember that Royal Mail only collect on normal working days so if you place an order at the weekend or near a bank holiday period please allow a few extra days for despatch and delivery.

If you have ordered a pre-order item, it will be dispatched on or around the release date.

 

My item has arrived damaged - What should I do?

It your item is faulty or has become damaged in the post please contact us for details of how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

 

I'm looking for an item that is not on your website. Can you help?

Yes we can. Please contact us regarding the item that you are looking for and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Where can I find information about tickets and to view your travel packages?

If you are looking for details of our Bruce Springsteen ticket and hotel packages please visit our Badlands Travel website badlandstravel.co.uk. If you would like regular updates on Springsteen related events please join The Ties That Bind; our unofficial fan club. We offer members priority booking, subject to availability.

 

I used to have an account with the old Badlands site. My login information isn't working, help!

Please note, if you haven't placed an order since around September 2015 you'll need to set up a new account as we were unable to transfer customer details from the old site. If you have requested a password reminder email and didn't get one, this is probably because your previous account was with the old web site. Please try setting up a new account using the same details if you wish.
