A way to get back home

I've been listening to this album for as long as I can remember. I always felt that it couldn't possibly sound any better; not only was I wrong, but I can't imagine ever reaching for the old mix instead of this one. It's a thing of enormous power and beauty. I find myself obessing over little moments - Billy Preston's parts, for example - that I wonder if were always there and I'd missed. And, personally, I have no interest in the outtakes: so this is simply perfect in every way.

It's fab , it's gear, it's the last Beatles album and it's beyond compare. A drink to the first person who can tell me what song the line "Cake and eat it" comes from. (this competition is not open to shop staff - at any level)
